Red Sun Sunflower

Red Sun Sunflower has beautiful maroon-red petals around a chocolatey-brown center with several side-shoots in rich shades of sunset orange and yellow. Red Sun sunflowers make excellent cut flowers and will attract birds and bees.

Note: Sunflowers are composite flowers! This means they are made of up thousands of individual flowers, and not all sunflowers will grow to be the exact same size or color. Color variation is normal. In Red Sun, you may see anywhere from yellow to black variations of the expected red color.

Planting Instructions:

Plant 1 inch deep in soil after danger of frost has passed in Spring and soil temperature is at least 70F, in mostly sunny areas.
