Today, it is a popular North American grocery store variety, grown for its reliable, rapid production of pure-white heads of cauliflower. Tasty and versatile, Snowball cauliflower can be used raw in salads, roasted, boiled, steamed, or pickled. It is also high in fiber and B-vitamins, vitamin C, potassium, and folic acid.

Planting Instructions:
Plant 1/4 inch in soil after danger of frost has passed in Spring or at least 6 weeks before the last frost for Fall planting. Best planted in early spring before summer's high temperatures, cauliflower will also curl its leaves to protect heads from high heat. In early spring, you can protect plants from frost by covering them with old milk jugs, if necessary.
