This spinach-like leafy plant is native to South Asia and thrives in hot climates. Delicious stir-fried with garlic, simply added to salads, or braised in soups or saag dishes. Planting Instructions:

Broadcast seed or plant 1/8 inch in fertile, well-draining 65-75F temperature soil after all danger of frost has passed in a mostly sunny location. Avoid nitrogen fertilizers to prevent accumulation of excess nitrates. Harvest when leaves and stems are young and tender or harvest early for microgreens.
