Texas Cream 40 Cow Pea produces delicious cream peas! Grows concentrated sets of 6-8 inch pods with white flowers in upright bush plants. These kidney-shaped peas are easy to spot and pick. Green with an orange eye when mature and dark straw with dry. Strong drought tolerance and forgiving of any soil condition. These peas keep their color when cooked have a creamy but not mushy texture. An excellent source of dietary fiber and protein.
