Red Acre cabbage is a tasty variety of round-head cabbage that grows royal blueish-purple leaves leaves with a slightly waxy finish in an attractive flowering formation. Versatile in nature, use in salads and slaws, stir-fry or braise red cabbage to bring out its natural sweetness. An excellent source of minerals such as thiamin, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium.

Planting Instructions:

Plant 1/2 inch in soil after danger of frost has passed in Spring or 10 weeks before heavy frost for Fall planting, in mostly sunny areas.
