Komatsuna Mustard Spinach, also called Japanese Mustard Spinach, has tender, deep green leaves, and a mild, flavor that resembles spinach. Originating from Japan, Komatsuna is widely used in East Asian cuisine and can be eaten at any stage of growth and in a variety of different ways raw, pickled, or stir-fried.
