Chinese Garlic Chives is a perennial plant native to the Chinese province of Shanxi. It has strap-shaped leaves with triangular bases and grows 10-24 inches tall, producing many white clusters of flowers. Cut leaves and they will regrow again for decades. Garlic Chives have a pleasant garlicky flavor that is favored in flavoring stir-fries, eggs, soups, dumplings, pancakes, and flat-breads.
