With 7-10-inch blooms on stalks 5-6 feet tall, these uniquely cute sunflowers will appear from mid-summer to the first frost in autumn. The petals are edible and suitable for culinary use. Plant 1/2 inch deep in soil after danger of frost has passed in Spring and soil temperature is at least 70F, in mostly sunny areas.
