Armenian Cucumber is a type of long, slender fruit that is actually a variety of muskmelon. It has a tender zucchini-cucumber taste to something reminiscent of the crunch of a carrot and the taste of a watermelon rind. Armenian Cucumbers make beautiful scalloped edge slices, love high temperatures, and can grow up to 3 feet long.
