Bonanza Angled Luffa Gourd, also known as "Chinese Okra," or "Ridged Gourd," is a prolific, vigorous variety that produces extra long gourds, up to 15 per plant. Angled Luffa has a green skin and excellent flavor in cooked vegetables or pickled or eaten raw. The shoots and flowers are edible as well. Fruit left to mature on the vine can be used for luffa sponges.
