Garland Chrysanthemum Greens (Crown Daisy) are delicious edible, frilly leaves that also grow edible flowers in shades of yellow! Used throughout Eastern Asia, this versatile vegetable is used as a leaf vegetable and is commonly stir-fried, eaten as salad with dressing, used in soups, or served cold with noodles.

Also known as "Tong Hao" or "Tong Ho Choy" in Mandarin and Cantonese, "Shungiku" in Japanese, "Ssukgat" in Korean, and "Cải Cúc" or "Tần ô" in Vietnamese.

Planting Instructions:

Plant 1/4 inch in fertile, well-draining 60-70F temperature soil after last average frost in a mostly sunny or lightly shaded location. Keep soil moist and fertilize as needed. Harvest when leaves and stems are young and tender and plant is 4-6 inches tall or harvest early for microgreens.
