Grey Zucchini (also known as "Mexican Squash" or "Calabacita" or "Harakun" or "Kousa") is a beautiful pale mint green summer squash with grey speckles! Similar to its cousin, the darker green Black Beauty zucchini, it has smooth, shiny skin and crisp tender flesh, but Grey Zucchini can vary in shades of gray-green, has a stockier shape, and a more rounded blossom end that makes it excellent for stuffing.
