Jalapeno M grows dark green, then matures to dark red, harvest before pepper over-matures, visible as brown cracks when the jalapeno turns woody. Planting Instructions:

Plant 1/2 inch in soil and keep soil at 80-85F until germination; provide light for 12-16 hours a day. When the outdoor temperature reaches 60-65F during the day and no less than 50F at night, transplant the seedlings 12-16 inches apart. Harvest before peppers show brown woody cracks.
