Yu Choy Sum is a leafy vegetable commonly used in Chinese cuisine. Choy Sum is Cantonese Chinese for the literal translation of "heart of the vegetable." It is also known as Chinese flowering cabbage. It has dark green oval shaped leaves and bright yellow flowers that are just as sweet and fresh as the stalk, which is a thinner stem than Chinese Broccoli.
